Tepoztlán Creative Art and Yoga Retreat

Join Talia Koval, lifelong artist and professional painter, and Nicole Sklar, expert of yoga wellness and movement for an unforgettable week of adventure, self care, and creative expression in Tepoztlán, Mexico.
Tepotzlan Mexico is a one of Mexico’s most alluring and unique colonial towns. It was given the status of being one of Mexico’s magical Pueblos for its beauty and historical value. It is a town where breath-taking rock formations and mountainous landscape meets cobblestone streets in a charming town center rich with color, art, and echoes of ancient civilizations. The town makes for one of the most remarkable mix of colonial and indigenous experiences in Mexico, and has visitors come from all over the world to experience the magic of its rivers and waterfalls, and fasinating culture. It is about an hour south of Mexico City. (Mexico City is the closest international airport.)
Daily activities will include a challenging however available to all levels morning power vinyasa flow, a guided painting activity, and an evening hatha yoga practice.
Other activities scheduled during our week will include a pyramid hike, a waterfall hike, a town tour of Tepotzlan, a Temezcal ancient and traditional sweat lodge ceremony, and a cacao/traditional plant medicine ceremony. All activities are encouraged, but of course optional.

Our retreat center is located steps away from Tepotzlan’s most impressive rock formations. You will be inspired by the sights of the natural wonder that you wake up to, as well as by the stunning grounds of our highly detailed retreat center’s architecture and gardens.
With daily free time, you will have the opportunity to schedule hollistic spa treatments with La Buena Vibra’s exquisite spa. Our on site spa offers a variety unique and luxurious holistic treatments including body wraps, massage, hot stones, acupuncture, organic facials, watsu water therapy, and/or manicures/pedicures/ and hair.
Our gourmet meals are thoughtfully curated for balance and nutrition and will include vegetables from our on-site lush vegetable gardens. Meals will have vegetarian/vegan, and gluten free options, but will not be limited to.
